Now I know I'm still new and all..., but I feel that the prices that people have at there vending shop are a little over priced on most stuff there, but that's my opinion. Lmao

You are right, for the most part.
Inflation is a battle far too difficult to be fought by one man.

You're new, so you don't know this yet:
The common currency in use for rare items are Gold Coins.
Cold coins are donation credits.
The only way to get these coins are:
Pay 50million zeny to the donation NPC; Purchase them from another player; Buy them via paypal($1:1GC)

For the most part, you can buy GC's from other players for around 30-40million a piece.

Some newer players showed up, one day, and bought a bunch of donation credits. They sold these credits for items, such as MvP cards, and made inflation all too common.

But new players like you won't be able to afford these items, ever, because inflation will keep building.

Which is why some of us are pushing to remove Gold Coins from trade abilities.

Well I understand that, but I'm talking about like normal weapons, and armor, and stuff like that. I also noticed(don't know if it is) that you could sell donation items threw vending..., but I don't know if those items are donation items. And since the money making on this server is extremely hard to do, I don't see how people get billions of zeny, lol.

I heard that selling USD's is illegal..., and I know that I can go to Juperous to get crest pieces and sell them for 2500z a piece, but I need to lvl first, and that's even hard to do atm. Lol

Money is not as hard to get as it seems.
You get money for killing monsters(Higher level = Higher Payout), and bouts of 10 minutes spent in the MVP arena can yield a decent amount of cash.

Well, people use real money to buy Gold Coins, and then trade the Gold Coins for items.
Inflation ensues.
Long story short:
People buy things with USD.

Edit: Yes, selling cards for USD is illegal. Sort of.
You can not pay USD directly.
You need to trade it into GC's.
Wow, that sounds... borderline "corrupt," when you say it out loud.
