For some reason when I come to reign forums it says it cannot connect, and when I try to log in when its working it won't let me log in sometimes.
Nobody know whats the problem?

Dont know, but the forums wont let me log in on Firefox anymore, i click login after entering my info but nothing happens, lits like the page refreshs itself. but if i dont enter it correctly i still get that error you did not put all info in correctly page.
quite possibly the forums are bugged

yeah thats my other problem i forgot to state, about me not being able to log in it on fire fox |

I think I had the same problem. If I'm right, I contacted luzz about it, and he said something about fire fox settings? Or maybe it was connection settings. Idk. Try Tools -> Options -> and Security?*

It's a cookie problem. :0 Same thing happened to me this morning.
Try closing all your browsers, reopen them, clear your cookies/caches, close the browsers again, and reopen them.
Oh gawd, Owl is being helpful for once. D:
