Got a lot of spare time you want to keep and need to stuff your face? How do I know? You're playing a game, you're made of spare time. Skip the processed, pre-prepared foods! I show you how to make tasty foods here without breaking a sweat or having to monitor your WoE castles! Let's begin!

This weeks food is your standard chicken enchiladas.

To begin, you need the following:
4-5 10-inch tortillas, preferably 10 but 12 inch will do
a block of colby jack cheese, grated
a can of red enchilada sauce (for sweeter, less spicy enchiladas, use green sauce)
a can of chicken meat (16oz or larger), drained
a medium sized casserole dish
oven preheated to 350 F


Begin by filling the bottom of your casserole dish with a little of the red sauce. this helps prevent the tortillas from sticking to the bottom of the dish and gives it more flavor. You're in flavor country, so enjoy it.


microwave your tortillas for 30 second or until warm. this will help prevent breakage when rolling them. Nobody likes premature tortilla chips.
now, break apart chicken pieces into a tortilla, as shown.


Then, Add cheese, a bit more cheese than chicken. Cause you needed that extra bit of expeditious fun and a spare tire to boot.


dribble on a little enchilada sauce and roll that sucker up. Dribbling? you better be. you could add more, but do you really want to? NO! YOU'RE LAZY!


Slap that doobie of win into the dish. Rinse, repeat! then wash your hands, you dirty person you.


Now, douse that mess with more sauce. leave nothing uncovered... unless you roll that way.


now, slather on that cheese. you can almost feel your arteries clogging just looking at it... This things cheesier than a vegas lounge singer. hot damn.


Now make like Adolf and stuff that thing in the oven. set your tomato to 20 minutes and go do something.

Like harrass your neighbors.


after the cheese has melted and developed a nice crispy coat, remove and let sit for 10 minutes. have some nachos or something. or if you have leftover cheese (you animal!) and tortilla shells, make some cheese quesadillas. Like i need tell you what to do with these.


So now your drooling like a diseased puppy. How adorable. get your spatula ready, cause it's about to get messier! Hoo yea.
