Make it a PK server. Or make a mirror image of Reign Online, with PK rules instated. ;D _________________ ಡ u ಡ

But it makes the game a bit more exciting, doesn't it?
Traveling in groups can become a ton more exciting than hunting "MvPs".
You could literally hunt Most valuable Players.
Edit: I'm really only making this to see who stands where, on this matter. _________________ ಡ u ಡ

Because for the people who like to report KoS'ing already, they'd just report, complain, whine, etc. etc, about everything. We get it enough as it is. God forbid, should we bring PvP to Prontera, all hell would break lose by those who already don't like getting killed in PvP. If they don't like getting killed in PvP, what makes you think they'll like it in Prontera? Where you guys tell us to talk, Prontera. Where you tell us to fight, PvP. Joining the two would just be retarded in my honest opinion.
I'm not saying I'm against a PK server, but I'm looking out mainly for those who report/abuse/bad-mouth about KoS and PvP.
Honestly, I'm indifferent. |

But, what if one time a strong and solid group show up and they just kill whole community (worst, lot of immature-er playing and take the killing problem personally and start making drama out of it)?
And there will be no place for newbies to chat and sit around the city because the strong one always killing them.
Still, I found it interesting to walk in group and attacks/defends others aside of yourself.
While there won't be solo mvp hunting anymore :X
Well, it's just my opinion tho _________________

In PK servers, PvP isn't usually set in towns. <__<;
And it would actually sort out the problem starters: KoS'ing would not be illegal, therefore, less reports.
All of the people who whine about every little thing will either learn to stop that, or leave. Either is fine. No one likes playing with children who cry.
Atleast give it a try for a week. Maybe you'd like it! D:
Plus, it'd get exciting. Even the MvP hunting! Now, you're not just after a monster, but to defend the monster from other people.
Sick of that lame Champion coming in and doing 2,000,000 damage to your Garm/Thanatos/What-have-you? Kill him before he kills it. Or atleast silence him.
It'll help calm everyone down.
This I promise.
Edit: And I'm glad that the vote is tied. I didn't think I'd be so lucky. _________________ ಡ u ಡ

Still don't think it's a good idea. I never said I wouldn't like it. I said I was indifferent about it, that's all.
If they leave, by all means, I'll be happy. <_<
I'm getting tired of them whining anyways.
Edit: I tied it with a "no" vote. xD

personally i didnt like an open player kill system i tried 2 other servers before this one was Dark ro and i forgot the other and they were that way. it was annoying and thats partly the reason i said screw it reigns better. i like the concept of it but i just dont think people would use it correctly. i think there would be some major doucheness going on and since it would be open PK you really couldnt complain about it. _________________ cadian!~ |

I played Dark RO.
It was pretty pathetic.
Soul Linkers could cast magic on players. But they made a 5 second (PERMANENT) cool down, unaffected by Dex, for every magic skill Linkers had. It was not good.
But, hear me out: I realize that some people wouldn't like it, but it would open up a whole new gaming world.
Let me give you an example...
Let's say, you and your party are lumping through Thor's. I decide to kill the one of your members who is trailing behind. By killing me, you get a whole new sense of accomplishment. And let's face it, you would. It's alot more challenging than monsters.
There should be a cap, though, that you have to be atleast level 70 before you can be targeted, or target other players.
And a 10 second wait time after entering a PK map before you're open for PK.
Maybe you can get voting tokens for doing something, like, taking in a butt-load of skulls that you bring to a GM, to check out. I don't know. Those kinds of events could be made up later.
I can't explain it with words as well as having a trial could...
And that "Doucheness" you encounter already should be taken on by your friends and you. That's what friends are for.
It brings back that whole RPG thrill!
The RANDOM ENCOUNTER
Hell, you could hire body guards: Other players.
It'll give more people things to do.
Edit: If someone kills you in PvP, you don't complain to them. That'll just make a problem. You're supposed to find a way to kill them back. No talking involved.
Get a group to kill them, find a new tactic, get a new item... Or don't go back to the PvP arena.
This is how things -were- supposed to be.
Same would apply for a PK server. Plus, you'd be able to get a bigger group. You wouldn't just be PvP'ing, and I'd understand if your friends don't want to PvP.
You'd be leveling up, hunting items, what you'd usually do. But, this time, your friends would have a better reason to help you.
(If they don't help you in PvP because they don't like PvP, they're not very good friends) _________________ ಡ u ಡ

could definitely add some interesting elements im not saying that. in fact i see guilds going to war out in the fields of Payon O.O the lust for BATTLE lol. and yes that would be a very very random encounter.
i like the idea of the players skulls used for rewards too lol. _________________ cadian!~ |

I really want to see what Skye, Zelda(Shiek? Whoops, secret's out), Luzz, and the rest of the GM's have to say about this.
I haven't heard from MonsterKill in a long time. :[ _________________ ಡ u ಡ

Well, if it can be a trial period it would be lovely to make a try off.
But yesh, I'm afraid *those* people will use it the wrong way harrassing others and people will starts to leave our server because of that D:
Sorry Zeb, idk if its located in other map before I tought it was in town and elsewhere :X my bad .gg _________________

If this thing goes through, I will make it my goal to protect you and other people who can not defend themselves.
Granted, I'll have to buy my account back from Pozzum, and I hope he didn't pawn all of my great gear.
Edit: And in the time I'm not protecting you guys, I will wait for someone to ask for help while I am hunting down players in Thor's Dungeon. <__<

Let me apologies to begin with my post if it happens to be irrelevant.
This is one of the *why* factor reignRO doesn't have to be a PK server. Too much people with immature personality (I'm not much different) and the best part is, the one who've been reported doesn't really talk much. But whoever his/her friends literally talk *kinda* lot than the one being reported.
Is it making our community to be a better place? Will it (what you wrote in forum post) makes people interested to join our community?
Just get over it (points at everyone including me), be a player that plays for community *helpful* or else, go and hide yourself in niffleheim's closet :X
P.S. Zeb's fingers sure are fast! He reply me within a min. *I'm amazed*.gg
Woah, return of Zeb?
Hehe...we should call others too to make a veteran comeback party _________________

The GM's are the ones to decide where the PK maps are located. _________________ ಡ u ಡ
