i have this downloaded on my home computer and have no problems, i am not the "best" at computers but i've never been too bad with them either, but i tried to get it to work on my work computer, very long boring and slow job, anyway, every time i log in it says disconnected from server, can someone help me fix this problem??

Chances are, your office connection is filtered (firewalled). Perhaps your boss does not want you to play games while at work!

(Or you can check Window's firewall, third party firewalls, and the router if you have access to it. They might be blocking ports needed by Reign Online.)
