 Post subject: Changing Credit back to Gc |

Recently my account is having problems logging in,I made a new account to test it and that new acc works perfectly.Im not a donater so every GC matters to me i want to transfer my GC to my new account but i already turned the gc to donation items.GMs please reply as soon as possible so i can start my new account  |

If it's simply that you've forgotten your old account password, Luzz can take care of it for you.
Otherwise, you will likely have to prove that you are who you say you are before we transfer your donation items from your old account to your new account. Luzz should be able to easily verify this. Also, the transfer would likely be one time only as the move would be permanent and we would not continue switching items back and forth between accounts for you.
Also, moved to Helpdesk since this isn't really a suggestion.
