Since players are confused as to what these errors are, I am posting here to assist players who experience these types of errors.

What does a Gravity error mean? This error simply means the game client crashed. This can be caused by any number of reasons.

Posting of Gravity errors does not help us.

The cause of Gravity errors are almost always:
1. Corrupted game client files
2. Missing game client files
3. miscellaneous game bugs

The steps to take to resolve Gravity errors:
1. Restart your computer. If the error does not occur again, then let it be.
2. Download and install the small installer into your existing Reign Online folder.
3. Re-install Reign Online from scratch. Follow this post: http://www.reignonline.net/viewtopic.php?t=13
4. Re-install and/or update your video card and Direct X drivers.


Make sure you do not have other files installed into your Reign Online installation folder, as they may cause interfere with the game client.

as a side note: the exception type can be a clue as to why you're getting a gravity error. If you get, say "exception type: 0xc0000005" it's actually a windows error.

0x00000050 or PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA

The 0x50 message indicates that requested data was not in memory. The system generates an exception error when using a reference to an invalid system memory address. Defective memory (including main memory, L2 RAM cache, video RAM) or incompatible software (including remote control and antivirus software) might cause Stop 0x50 messages.

by using that type code, you can determine the fault. much of the time though, it's going to be corruption or error in the handling of data.
