Please try to not scare a player seeking help. The only one who knows if an IP had been banned is Luzz.
OP, try closing the launcher and opening it back up again. If the problem still persists a re-install should definitely fix the issue.

that name sounds familiar. if you are who i think you are, there's a pretty good reason for it. delete system32, there's a file in there from when you were last banned that will prevent you from getting on
