I actually got this idea from another server, dunno how well it would work here but it seemed like a good thing to look at.

Basically you could take certain items that have been upgrade to +10 and quest to have them made into something better. An example they gave was with odens blessing.
With a quest you could turn a +10 oden's blessing into oden's prayer which had +2 def, +1 slot, +30% hp +12 vit/str/dex/luk

While that is pretty extreme for this server, I still think the general concept is really cool. This adds new items and quests. Mixes up the market a bit, and can make more common items a little more interesting.

What could make it more interesting is the path you choose to take. For instance because this is a lower rate server then the one i found this on there could be a choice when questing for these new armors of what kind you want.

Using odens blessing again, you bring it you could be asked to make odens prayer, odens might or odens smile. prayer would give +2 stat bonuses to all stats, might would give +5 str/vit/dex. Both of them would give a +2 def bonus, might would give an additional +2 mdef bonus. and smile would give +1 slot along with +3 def and +3 mdef.

Of course these are just suggestions but it certainly opens a lot of new and powerful equips especially for those who have already quested difficult equips like wings and maybe even god items.

this might be off topic , but i heard about the batlegrounds and they sound pretty nice . for pple abusin like loosin on purpose on tht , well batlegrounds cant be spammed they have a hour set , like woe . for example 12:00 pm 2 parties clash on batlegrounds after it finish there's a time lapse obligatory to respect . maybe here the items could be double or triple priced than on iro like 150 points for doctors robe . or 150 points for any of the items .

when ur party wins the batlegrounds ea party member get 1 point . waiting 2 hrs for another batleground match. pple couldnt lose on purpose becus it nided a 10 party members on ea side so random partys will ocur. idk it sound fine why dont have it ._.

edit this is not a custom high rate sv made stuff . gravity add it to pple could do more stuffs .

well i think havin items +12 is totally not ro and is high rate idea . when the batlegrounds were proposed to find more to do . and yeaa completely off topic

how would we get +12 items?
once you upgrade its a regular item again.
you would turn in your +10 and w/e other items/zeny and get another item with the same sprite just a different name and effects and it would be +0. so you could if you wanted go back and upgrade it to +10 again if you took the risk... that aside getting anything higher then +10 if possible would have a HUGE risk.

And yes battlegrounds does have some good items if it does work on this server but i still think this gives more depth then just pvp to the game.

It is an interesting concept.

In all honesty, I do not think this will be implemented due to 1.) Lots of work and 2.) We need to think about all the new items and stats and how they affect the server.

We do appreciate these types of suggestions, because even if it isn't implemented in full, the concept might be implemented in some other form in the future. Who knows?
