i know others have been asking about this before however i recently checked RMS and a recent update shows that all 3rd job classes are balaced and i think i speak for everyone when i ask about when shall they be implemented

Ill speak as a player who is currently on 4 different serves, one being iRO...and I still believe here are some glitches and tweaks to be worked out. As well as I believe they are still a bit over powered. One server I played fixed them from being over powered...And reduced some dameges as well as has the-- "There is no instant casting" and they are still over-powered. Then again it can be all FOUR of my servers are still f****d..but thats highly unlikely.

imo. Don't have 3rd classes yet

AS A GM ON ANOTHER SERVER I can say they are not balanced and there are bugs that still need to be fixed. Be patient, Luzz wants to ensure we get the best experience with minimal issues.

actually they are balanced already, its the stats and the character growth of the 3rd classes which are not fitting the system. let's say the damage of the 3rd class jobs are really very high. but the HP growth of the characters are really low, so yes, many will say the skills are over powered because they are too high, which many did not look to see the characters growth, its too low, or not that low but still, low.

the servers that I have played with is so focused in lowering the damage aspect that they forgot they can do it the other way around. resulting in more imbalances, which makes one or two classes worthless.

I have studied the character classes of 3rd jobs and found that there are skills that can really kill, and skills that counter them. yes it is still up to luzz and the GM team to implement these, and please lets put inputs on what may or may not happen, because this upgrade we will have will affect all of us, not just GMs and their time, but our gaming experience as well...

we do not want to see a WoE that will result in all shuras or all genetics because they're the best classes to use in woe, or all warlocks, because like it or not, some of the 3rd job classes dont keep up because of the range aspect, some skills can kill without really getting near the enemy...

my point is to be able to use the 3rd jobs in our server, having them to have increased damage, means we have to increase HP and/or SP growth as well. most warlock skills can kill you in 1~2 hits with 45K magic damage. and renewal has nerfed badly the defensive aspect of all. you see you have 70 armor mdef which you will think you get 70% reduction from magic damage, but in reality its much lower than that. and gravity is stalling in making solutions for it. that's what makes the 3rd class fcked up (sorry for the swear but it really is, no other word describes the renewal system. it really is fcked up!)
