I have a few friends that wanted to join the server when I gave them a link to it they can not view the page they have tried multiple browsers and Google as Ask.com are there regional bans set in place?

Places of living: Belgium, Tennessee, and Washington

Hello!

There are no regional restrictions in place. I have seen a few cases of these before, and it was causes by bad DNS servers.

Have them try http://reignonline.net and http://www.reignonline.net

I'll double check all DNS servers to ensure they are configured properly and working properly.
