Hello Reign Online players -

As you all may or may not know, in the three years that I have been your host, I have grown quite attached to the Reign Online community. Despite the arguments that occur, the drama that arises, the few that people always complain about, the quirkiness of everyone - I have always treasured the joys we've all shared and the time that we all had in common.

I oftentimes describe us as one dysfunctional family - a family not without its problems, but ultimately, a place were we do - yes - enjoy each others company and where we do (though some would choose not to admit it) care about one another. Yes - I enjoy my time here, with you all. Yes - I have grown to care for the community in a way much more personal than I thought I would.


That said - I would like to inform the Reign Online community that, as much as I love spending time with you all and providing the best support and assistance that I can - I believe that I cannot be as available here as I have been for the past three years.


The reason is that, as much as I love this family, my real family needs my time now, more than ever. I would rather not go into details as they are extremely personal and painful.


That said - no, I am not gone. I will still be here every day. However, I might be harder to find in-game. I ask that all players who need my assistance to try to find me in-game and if I am not around, please, in this order:

- leave me a Private Message with the type of assistance needed
- send me @mail in-game
- PM me here in the forums
- or as a last resort - mail me at luzz@reignonline.net

As usual - players can use @request to see if other staff is online. Please use all resources available to you for simple game-type questions (@mi, @ii, @whereis, @whodrops, ratemyserver.net, etc) or ask your friendly Reign Online player for help.


Just to clarify - I am not going anywhere. I am dedicating time to my family due to an emergency - my family gets priority of my time. I do not know how long this will be. I hope everything will be fine in a few months. I am optimistic. I will still show up here every day. I will still support the community the best I can.


As a last plea - I humbly beg to all the players to please respect my time now more than ever.
