I love buff hats that the server has already, but what about if we use some of the hats right now that aren't really helpful and add skills or buffs to them, instead of them just sitting in the donation list not doing anything.

Some of the buffs/skills I thought of that would be nice to have added to some "useless" hats, would be:

Enables the use of:
Bash lvl 10
Attention Concentrate lvl 10
Cold Bolt lvl 10
Fire Bolt lvl 10
Thunder Bolt lvl 10
Frost Nova lvl 10
Increase Agility lvl 10
Overprice lvl 10
Discount lvl 10

And maybe other skills. Of course the lvl of the skill can be changed, since many of the buff hats on reign usually have lvl 5 of that skill.

Reign online was on page 2 (51-100) on gamesites200 for the longest time and it is now on page 3 at 144.

I used to love to vote until reality smacked me in the face that most of the voting item's effects dont apply. I mean, they have very good effects already, if only they work for real... I want them to work properly like legitimate Items, so this idea should be pushed. ^_^
