how do you go to screen shots i know its in some kinda of file i think the regin file but for some off reason whenever i go into my file its either blocked or gives me a error help please x.x

If it's says bocked or error try accessing it as an administrator.

Are you using your computer's Administrator account?
If not, you may not have access to modify/add files.
