not enough replies to warrant a change so i'm bringing it back again.
i want to add Token of Ziegfired boxes to Donation Girl npc. I think 5GCs for a box of 10.
My reasoning behind this suggestion is simply because when you die 70+ floors up in endless without a priest handy it's a bit of a drag to run up those floors to get back to where you were.
Same goes for those who do the Thanatos Tower quest and die in the process of killing thana...or just dying on one of the higher floors of the tower itself
I believe with these tokens you start out with full hp/sp upon resurrection. I would prefer to keep it that way.
So vote and give your thoughts. Hope this doesnt lead to arguments.

I dont agree simply because a ygg leaf is just as easy to use or have on hand as are ygg berries to use upon revival. I see this being used as a tool of laziness allowing smaller or less equipped groups to do things that should normally have taken more effort.
Even if this was implemented it would have to be disabled for WoE and PvP.
tl:dr prepare and have a priest/ygg leaf/berries

you cant use ygg leaf or berries in woe. plus when you die you respawn lol.
and when you respawn some where its most likely near a healer.

if everyone in your party is dead (including your priest), a ygg leaf wont help you.
of course this would be disabled for pvp/woe. In woe you automatically get respawned when you die anyway.
Not everyone has a priest friend handy for running endless (or thanatos) tower..Many people prefer to run both towers solo.
besides this is a donate item, so if you feel it's just an excuse to be lazy, just dont buy. Not a necessity, just a bonus I think.

i think this is a good idea, i don't see any harm in giving people a fail-safe for something like endless tower for those days VR gets off a good shot or something like that. and letting people who aren't fortunate enough to be well equipped more flexibility in what they can do seems like a good idea to me.

As someone who has earned all his donates due to zeny or a handy contest, i still think this is a great idea. I wouldn't mind trading in one of my items for something that would be so handy for running ET, Thana, or any hard mvp for that matter. This suggestion, +10 from meh.

Anyone who can donate, can do Thana and ET without any problems.
This item is useless and a waste of time.
Edit:
If you really want it, make it a Vote item instead, would increase votes and the lazy people would still get it. |
