WELL, my Soul Linker is 210 now, and I don't intend to just let it rot after maxing. I want to PvP and MAYBE WoE with it. =D However, I CANNOT for the LIFE of me find or come up with ANY builds for it. I tried 255 Agi for extra survive-ability, but I'm succeptible to skills (Bowling Bash especially (damn you, Owl)).

I could go fore 255 Vit for non-Thana/Ice Pick users, but that would kill me one (two with Kaizel) shots for Thana/Ice Pick. Int is fairly useless for me, my links are maxed, I'm not an Esma Bolter, and I intend to get a couple of Pharaohs to abuse High Jump and Kaahi. Luk can be substituted for Dagger of COunter (+90 Crit) and some donates for the last 10...I could go 255 Str, but I don't know how good it would be, or if there is a better build.

LASTLY, I don't know what kind of equips I could use. I have various wings for different card builds, and my Frog Prince Hat will like the Pharaohs. Sunglasses (white ears when I get my own) holds a Maya P =O
I know that I should use Magnum Break/Sight Clips to reveal, and I can use Osiris to get max heal when I die and revive with Kaizel. I don't know if I should go Ice Pick (slotted if possible) or maybe Dagger of COunter, Swordbreaker or Mailbreaker.

SO, TL;DR: I NEED SOME BATTLE LINKER BUILD ADVICE AND POSSIBLE EQUIPS FOR THE BUILD. PLEASE AND THANK YOU =D(waits for answers)

My build is not meant for using donations. If you have them, it may not work as well. Or it may work better. I don't have a clue.

Here's all the information I can give you. It might not work anymore, because when I played my Linker, it was a long time ago. Alot of people weren't able to utilize some of the things that are now at their disposal.

Just about 170 agi*1
240 dexterity*1
Around 120 Vitality. If you want
about 70 Intelligence
The rest in Strength.*2

1*You want enough agility with 240 dexterity to just give you max ASPD
2*If this isn't possible, I can't help you as much in the stats department as I once could. I can't remember the amount of stat points. But I'm tryin', aren't I?

Your equipment is up to you, but as far as a weapon, I suggest you use a main gauche with LoD, Phreeoni, metaling, and a second of any of those cards. I used another phreeoni.

This build is almost an antique, so let me know how it works.
You won't have a problem with ninjas or wizards, though.

You won't be doing any casting as a linker, aside from kaupe and kaite.
Your magic can't hurt other players.
And, back when I played, everyone had too much flee for 300 hit.

I suppose you could lower your dexterity down to 200, but you're gonna want more than what you want now.

You know, as a Soul Linker, you don't get the same hit bonus as a transcendent class, right?

You can't use GTB+maya at the same time.

Metaling is to take off their weapon, as most classes need one to fight.
Yeah, it seems a little out dated, but it works alot better than people give it credit for.

Kaite is better than GTB, because you can still get buffs. You can't get healed, but anyone who magically attacks you will hurt themselves pretty badly.

Alrighty, I just maxed and am going to test out the build. However, there is one thing I want to know.

What card should I use for garments? I have NO IDEA what I should use >_<

I'd sugest Aliot card but that doesn't cover extended classes.
