If i had a sprint set what would the final reduction of after cast delay be?
armor doesnt affect it
ring reduces by 5%
shoes dont affect it

bonus for having all 3 is 7% more hp/sp +3% reduction in cast time +15% after cast delay reduction.
Would this make it 20% or stay at 15?

Also if i had a second ring would that make it 20% or 25% or 15%?

This is for assuming total values. I know this wouldnt work unless i had enough after cast reduction to reduce it 100% in one go similar to cast times.
