Well - lately I have been dealing with many players asking me to reset their Donation Girl trade-in timer for one reason or another.

The answer is 'No.'


Donation Girl trade-in IS intended to fix YOUR mistake in getting the wrong item. I repeat - trading-in is intended to allow players to fix any mistake in getting the wrong item. It is NOT intended for players to try all the items or to swap items between PvP/WoE and PvM.

If you wish to use the trade-in timer to try out all the items, or to use the best items for your situation, then you ACCEPT that YOU made a mistake in trading in for the wrong item.

No, we will not reset your trade-in timer.


Since I've had over 20 of these inquiries the past week (Yes, ridiculous, huh? Yes, I am tired of explaining why *your* case will not be an exception.), it is necessary for me to make this post. Just to make it perfectly clear - Reign Staff will also not trade in your items. The only exception is if you have retired Donation Girls items that you would like to trade in.


I hope this clarifies it for everyone.
