So, what items, cards, and skills can reduce cast delay?
As of now, these are all that come to mind:
Kiel Card 30%
Rune Ring 10%
Peco Peco Wing 10%
Diablos Robe 10%

There will be more when we get the ash vacuum patch.

Another question, how much after-cast delay is reduced per refine?
Like, if I have a +10, is a a 10% reduce?

i think all tht is named is al ltht exist for now , aniway with the last patches it been added more n more after cast ekips so kiel dint become the only way. i wanted to say wht i thinked  |
