So you go to walmart, you buy a money pack and have them charge XX dollars on it, and you pay walmart about 3 bucks to do it for you.
After that, you should be able to redeem that moneypack on paypal, then you use paypal to donate to server.

paypal is the service you use to donate.
A moneypack is what you buy at walmart which is a green little card.
