The server status says connected, but when I enter my ID and password on the log in screen, I cannot log in, and it says disconnected from server. |

Any GMs on this problem, please?
It says "Failed to connect to server" when I try to log in.
Server Status say online, and it says players are connected.
Any input on this? |

I have restarted my computer multiple times, and have been trying to log in to my account for about 5 hours.
Every time after I enter my account info, it says please wait for about 10 seconds, then says "Failed to connect to server".
I really wish that I could log in, because it says the server is online and that players are connected. |

There are a large number of issues that can cause this, but most likely:
1) Your firewall may be blocking Reign from connecting.
2) Your router setup may not allow connections for games; most routers have a setting to allow exceptions for games.
3) Your ISP is blocking ICMP packets (can be checked with a traceroute test).
4) Lag!
To help me get an idea of what it could be: Are there computers on your home network that also play games? Do you have any downloading programs or other games running? What kind of internet are you using? (Cable, Dialup, etc) _________________
