I just thought I'd open a new topic for this alone. I'm trying to make a build that reduces lots of delay, problem is I don't know much of the things. This is a list of the things I know that reduce delay.

Sprint Set (20)
Kiel (30)
Expert Ring (5)
Peco Wings (10)

Could anyone tell me more things (sets/cards/items)? Also, how much does each AGI reduce the delay by? Or however many it takes to reduce it by about 10%? Thanks!

Dark Sword reduces after-cast delay by 15%, so that is worth looking into.

Please correct me if I am wrong, but I think the donation rune ring reduces 10% for a few select classes. I haven't been on for a while so my memory may be shot

thats the casting time the golden wings reduce 10% after but only for ninja mage and acolyte class

Well it's basically the same as Peco Wings, I'm just wondering if there are any cards / items that can reduce delay, like I don't know, those mage staffs? :O

Golden Wings-10%, only Ninja, Acolyte, and Mage classes
Rune Ring-10%, only Mage Classes
Peco Peco Wings-10%, all
Dark Sword-5%, all

Cards:
Kiel-30%, all (headgear)

Weapons:
Dark Thorn Staff/Thorn Staff of Darkness-(Mage, Acolyte and Soul Linker only)(Formula is 1.5xRefine level, Max=15)
Speedy Recovery Wand (Valor, I believe)-15%, Mage Acolyte and Soul Linker classes

Accessories:
Expert Ring-5%, rebirth only
Sprint Ring-5%, rebirth only

Other:
Diablos Armor-10%, Mage, Acolyte and Archer classes
Sniping Suit-23% Sniper only
Elite Archer Suit+Combat Boots+Commander's Manteau-25%, Archer class
Elite Shooter Suit+Battle Boots+Sheriff's Manteau-25%, Gunslinger only
Sprint Mail+Shoes+Ring-15% (20% total with ring), rebirth only

This is all that's available that I can recall.

On Mage and Acolyte Classes, the highest without kiel is a 50% reduction:
Sprint Set=20%, Expert Ring=5%, +10DTS/SRW=15%, Peco/Golden Wings(/Rune Ring for mages only)=10%

Highest for Sniper without kiel is a 45% reduction:
Elite Archer Suit+Combat Boots+Commander's Manteau-25%, 2 Expert/Sprint Rings=10%, Peco Peco Wings=10%

Highest for all other rebirth classes without kiel is a 35% reduction:
Sprint Set=20%, Expert Ring=5%, Peco Wings=10%

Highest for Ninja without kiel is a 10% reduction:
Golden Wings/Peco Wings=10%

Highest for Gunslinger without kiels is a 35% reduction:
Elite Shooter Suit+Battle Boots+Sheriff's Manteau-25%, Peco Wings-10%

Highest for all other non-rebirth classes without kiel is a 10% Reduction:
Peco Peco wings=10%
