Hello everyone. As I have already notified you all - I will be on a jet plane to my birthplace in a few hours.

I should have internet access and I should be able to check in every day, or once every few days. If my connection is stable and fast, I might even be able to log in too.


So - if you need assistance, please send a @request to see if an online GM staff member can assist you. If they are unable to, or if you happen to need assistance when no Staff member is available, please send me a message here on the website/forum. I will respond to all messages as soon I can.

Please note that since I will likely only have limited connectivity, I might not be able to respond to all messages. If your issue is not important, and can wait until my return, please do so. If your question is a question other players can answer, please try asking the community, or through the @mail chat channel, or post in the Questions/Answers section of this website.

Luzz may say to message him, but he doesn't know exactly when or for how long he'll have internet sometimes. He could have internet 24/7, or he could have it for a minute!

For a guaranteed quick response, send me a private message here on the forums if you need help. I check the website every single day (usually six times per day), so I'll get back to you fast.

I don't catch @requests as much because my computer would explode if I left it on all day/night. =P

Hello everyone!

I am roughly 8600 miles away from home. This is the first minute of internet access I've had since I hopped on a jet plane in NY.

I am now answering all messages I received here in the forums, and via email.

Unfortunately, I do not (and cannot) have internet service on my personal laptop for a bit longer, therefore I cannot go in-game to check @mail or answer questions there.

So, until I arrive in slightly more civilized life (Hong Kong), please continue to send me PMs here on forums or email at luzz@reignonline.net.

For any players who have problems with stuck donation credits, please remember to click that 'Return to Merchant' or 'Return to Donations Coordinator' button on the Paypal receipts page. I have taken care of all the stuck credits that was queued up the past few days. If you are faced with stuck credits, you may either a) wait for me to push them through when I have internet access, or b) redo the donation and I will refund the stuck donation when I have net access.


I will also updated my post in the Chit-Chat section with some information on my trip thus far.

I apologize for the inconvenience my travel have caused some of you.
