First of all, you have to download and install.
I believe this page will take you where you need to go.
Choose the operating system you have.
Please keep in mind it will not work if you do not click the right operating system.
Example: I, use Windows XP. For that, I will use the Windows i386 - 32bit - Win2000, XP, 2003, Vista, 2008 and Windows 7 link.
You land on a page where you have to scroll down. Scroll down and this will appear.
"You will be downloading the following product:
Ventrilo Client
Windows i386 - 32bit - Win2000, XP, 2003, Vista, 2008
(Version 3.0.5)
By pressing the "I Agree" button you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the above legal requirements and that you will abide by them and all license agreements. Your download should start immediately."
Click "I Agree"
When you're done with that, make sure the browser you use let's you save the file.
We don't want to download it multiple times if we screw up, now do we?
Firefox will Scan for viruses.
When it is done, open the file by clicking "Run"
Ventrilo Client Setup should pop up.
Agree to terms and conditions, and follow what the installer says.
Once Ventrilo is downloaded correctly, open it. (Phew!)

Connecting to Reign Online's Ventrilo Server.

For Username. A page like this should appear.
Type in the desired username, then click "Ok"
For Server. A page like this should appear.
Also, remember. Please talk to the Ventrilo Chicken in Prontera for the complete connection information.
You don't want Bindings. So leave that aside.
A message like this should appear.
Once you're done with that, press Connect.
Woot! YOU ARE NOW IN! Good job! =D
Now have fun~
