I currently have a berzebub card, as well as the orlean plate and gloves combo which is a total reduction of 40% in my cast time. But for some reason i still need 150 dex for my insta cast. Its a little frustrating after all the work i went through for these not to be working :/

reduction of cast time doesnt change the fact that you need 150 dex. i could have 144 dex nad 98% reduction (Hyphetical situation) and still have a cast time.

ract reduction just reduces how long the cast bar you have up, not the actual dex you need.

You can't get rid of cast time with the percentage cards, alone.
It's like half-life: It gets smaller and smaller, but never goes away.
