I like it. Except I think I'd prefer if it simply allowed Level 1 Strip Shield. There's...not really a point if you have a wiz vs. GTB'd-anything. Yeah, just switch in that case, no point in actually trying to attack it off <_<;;

I like it, and its not like a item like this is GAME BREAKING, I mean we have those full strip katars and no-one whines about those so eh.
Only problem I foresee is, how does a Mage hit let alone beat a LK long enough to get this thing off with "attacking" parameters without breaking his own build?
Melee mages do not work, but if this can be pulled off it will be a very interesting metagame changer.

Ranged = Alot of wierd things, including ranged magic

We had ranged + magic intermingle somehow, dont ask me how that happened.
