EVERYTHING ON THE SERVER IS LOGGED!!! EVERYTHING, EVEN HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE STANDING IN A CERTAIN POINT OR TIME LIKE WOE OR DURING A GM EVENT, WHEN LUZZ SAYS EVERYTHING, HE MEANS EVERYTHING. SO IF YOU THINK SOMEONE IS LYING ABOUT SOMETHING, ASK A GM AND HAVE A TIMESTAMP FOR YOU TO GIVE TO THE GM, SO THE GM CAN LOOK IT UP AND TELL YOU WHO IS BEING A LIAR AND WHO IS BEING HONEST.
1:TIMESTAMP
If anyone in prontera or wherever ever tells you something about someone and they say "(Insert name here) did (insert bad action) to (insert person playing the victim card)" Instead of taking it as God honest truth, please Ask them for the date and time when it happened. (this is known as a timestamp)
IE
Edgar Grimfang killed Ezkraiel in PVP Private room 1 900000000 times because Ez is a nubbycake, on
(TIMESTAMP>>>>) 10-11-2010 2:40 PM
2:TIMEZONES
Keep in mind the Servers timezone is Easter Coast US, so 2:40 PM my timezone is 3:40 PM in the Servers timezone, ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU TELL THE GM WHAT TIME IN THE SERVERS TIMEZONE.
Dont ever fall for someones lies again, tell them to provide a timestamp so you can ask a GM about said story happening instead of taking everything as god honest truth when it is not.
IT WILL PREVENT ALOT OF DRAMA FORM HAPPENING SO PLEASE FOLLOW THIS GUIDE, AND DO NOT LISTEN TO LIARS INGAME.
3: Spotting liars
Liars = people who trash talk and accuse other of doing horrible things to try and make them look bad to other people, or if they accuse the other party of something they themselves are doing, and they always attack the person outright or attack the persons guild outright, and they always have some weak excuse that can be perfectly reasoned out, and they will not want to be reasoned with, despite how much trouble it might save should they be reasonable and talk things out.
4:TO PREVENT ABUSE
If someone is story writing/telling for kicks and giggles or making a dumb speach about flying hotdogs and laser guns, they shouldn't have any reason not to be reasoned with, and if you know they are just having fun screwing around you shouldn't have any reason to take offense to it.
Please people of Reign, seek the truth and do not let the liars win this server over with deception and bullhorning.
REMEMBER PLEASE ALWAYS TRY AND REASON WITH SOMEONE BEFORE REPORTING, IF THEY DO NOT WISH TO REASON, OR IGNORE YOU, BUT STILL KEEP DOING THIS, THEN REPORT IT.

I would recommend a different approach with this "guide". Primarily abandoning the bold, italics, underlines, capslock, and size increases.
Luzz's diplomacy guide says a great deal that you're trying to say, as well.

| Well I can edit it, I just want to teach people about how to report things like Timestamps, Asking a GM because EVERYTHING is logged, (eventhe color of your polkadotedt underwear you might be wearing) etc. |

Yeah, the bold and underline are extremely annoying, so much so, that I didn't even bother to read the whole post.
In general, never have more then one of them on a set of words at a time. For example; don't combine italics, bold and underline in any way at any time. That's what I have been taught anyway 
Overall, liars are scum.

I have told a lie, but not about people ingame.
Everyone has told a lie, and no-one can deny it but the people who tell lies ingame just to start drama, just to have excuses to KOS or harrass people in any pvp environment, dissing people ingame and swearing its gods honest truth, is not needed. All it does is start drama, and I am sick of the amount of it on this server.
If this guide by some grace of God, manages to stop one ounce of drama from those people, its all worth it. |

While I do understand what you are saying, I do not think that the blame rests 100% on the person telling the lie. Part of the blame belongs to those who believe the lie and let such childish nonsense hinder their enjoyment of the game. (Not saying that this is the case for this situation; I am only speaking in general.)
Drama is indeed an aggravating thing and it is the fault of those who cause it and those who react negatively to it, simply causing to feed the dramatics.
What it really comes down to is human nature. Humans will always try to create some semblance of drama, sadly.
