Hi all, I haven't played for some time so i downloaded the complete installation file yesterday but when i go to login i get the above message come up. I got my wife to open an account and that logs in fine. Any suggestions please? My user name and password must be ok as i am logged into the forum with it.

Forum names and accounts are seperate. For example, my forum username and password are completely different to the username and password i use to log in to the game.

Ah!! Thanks for that, finally worked out what my password is and logged in ok. Is this server the one that used to be ****RO? becuase if it is then my chars have dropped loads of lvls and i've lost some equipment since i last played.

That was indeed our former server name, but in the switch to the new server and client we preserved all character and item data. There was no rollback of any variety.

All your equipment and levels are exactly as they were since you last played.

Ok, thanks for the info, i'll just have to try and level up my chars lol. I'm sure i had a whitesmith but when i login now i've got a sniper then an empty space then a wizzy.
