Hello Guys! Rold is Just asked me why does his account is prohibited to log in until 2021? I and Rold dont know the reason why he is Ban or prohibited to play until 2012. The best person who can answer this is Luzz but if you have any Idea why is this happening, Please post any comment or suggestion. Thanks Guys!

The account is banned for credit card fraud.
We lock accounts the moment we hear of fraud from Paypal. We release the accounts if the issue is resolved. If Paypal and the banks determine it is credit card fraud, then the player account is permanently banned, and IP banned.
Rold, if you need more information, check your email address associated with your Paypal account, or log in to your Paypal account, or PM me, or email me for more information.
Once Paypal and the credit card bank determines it is not fraud, the account will be unbanned.
