Please use @request to request for help in-game.

This command is not to be abused. Use @request for the following reasons ONLY:

1. technical issues with the game
2. player report
3. donation assistance

Do NOT use @request for the following (they will be ignored):

1. game questions such as where to level, how to make zeny, etc.
2. random chit-chat. As much as we like to chat, we are all very busy and cannot respond to unimportant @requests.

When you are @request-ing, make it short and to the point. Do not @request a certain GM. DO NOT spam @requests. You will be muted for spamming the Staff Team.

Here are some examples of bad @requests:
@request hello?
@request i need help
@request anyone there?

Here are some examples of good @requests:
@request player ABC is begging for zeny, please punish
@request biolabs quest for my character ABC does not appear to be working
@request i donated X amount on Y date, however, credits do not appear

Any @request that does not follow the above rules may be ignored, or delayed in receiving a response.

General game questions can be answered by your friendly players.
