Hey, just got ragnarok ds, havent gotten to play it much yet though , and had an interesting idea.

Would it be possible to add the shaman and dark knight classes to reign?

This might have already been discussed or the characters could be copyrighted and therefore illegal to add to the game or something like that, just an interesting idea I had the other day that I thought I would put up here.

I highly think Shaman or Dark Knight can't be inputted into RO.
Because those 2 jobs are accustomed to the DS game only.
And it's up to the actual creators of RO if they want to do this.
Needless to say, it is with a VERY VERY VERY low chance of it actually happening.

it's acctually even more then just 3 "very"s...cuz if we WERE allowed to just throw those in, we would need to deal with spriting, pulling out sprite bugs, getting the skills up, and a lot of other stuff

oh and also this was kinda sorta somewhat already said we couldn't do...can't remember where i read it but i do believe Skye said no custom classes or skills

XVongolaX is correct.

There are a variety of issues with the two DS classes. First and foremost they were coded for the DS version of the game, so a new PC version of the code would need to be compiled, tested, and implemented to match. In addition PC versions of all the skill codes, animations, effects, and anything related to the classes we would need to create in order to add the classes.

It would, by definition, be 100% custom because none of it currently exists for the PC client. I, personally, do not have the scripting skill necessary. Luzz might, but he has a long list of things to do already.

Eh, twas but an idea, I'm not sure bout playing the ds game anymore, was looking around online and most response to the game seems to be bad to very bad, I'll probably still play it but it doesnt give me much hope.
