Is it possible to increase Maximum guildmembers to 80 or even 85?

I think you'll run into the same problem as you did with the party size, Nuriko.
Not 100% on it though, so don't take my word for it :S

To my knowledge, this is also hard-coded into the Ragnarok client. In addition to this, the limit is also in place in order to preserve the balance of the game.
I would need Luzz's input on the first point, but the second point stands.
