Hmmm, ok idea, i think, but maybe alot of unneeded work for the gms. If you want to ignore someone to the point of blocking chat, it probably means it had gotten to the stage of harassment, which is against the rules.

I think the current command is /ex, if you need to go much past that, report them?

/ex ignores whispers from that person...and i would have reported the person who made me ask this if 1: he wasn't a good guy and a general friend and 2: if i wasn't cussin him out which woulda got me in even more trouble...besides...i can't report him if i don't ask him to stop which i didn't...was too angred to care to ask...but it's just to simple ignore someone that is annoying you...cuz i know i annoyed plenty of people when i was asking for help lvling instead of trying to lvl myself...so it's kinda a win/win situation if you look at it right

i dont like it , is like a lot of work to the gms like glen said and u can ignore someone by urself just , "dont give a .. of wht they say" period .

easier said then done...and i know it's a lot of work for the GMs...but it doesn't have to be one of those "This HAS to get done today!" type things if they were to implement it
