You appear to be using a device with ReadyShare. It is acting as a router. In addition to that, you have another router. I suggest putting the ReadyShare device into bridge mode, or using just the ReadyShare device and eliminate your router all together (assuming it isn't acting as a modem).

This big jump is within the Bharti network. It is not within your control. Perhaps give your ISP a call and tell them you are experiencing high latency to the USA. It might be an issue they can resolve.

Still not a good idea.
Turn your wifi router into a wifi bridge (or wifi 'access point'). Most wifi routers have this feature.
