Reign Online's servers never go beyond 12% capacity in terms of any resources - whether it be bandwidth, CPU, memory usage.

The main game server also resides on one of the best datacenters on the planet with peers to the largest backbones on the Internet.

What does this mean?

There is no server lag. Not on the server side. 100% of player 'lag' are from the player's computers, connection, or ISP. It is never on the side of the server.

To do a traceroute test:

1. Open the command prompt:
* Windows Vista / Windows 7: From the Start menu, in the search field, type cmd , and then press Enter.
* Previous versions: From the Start menu, select Run... . In the "Open:" box, type cmd (Windows NT, 2000, and XP) or command (Windows 95, 98, and Me), and then press Enter.

2. At the command prompt, enter tracert server.reignonline.net.

3. Copy and paste the test results to a post here.

You are averaging roughly 50-60ms to the server. That is pretty low latency - you shouldn't be experiencing any slowdown at all. If you do, It is likely to be a video card issue.

GlitchyVirus, your latency to the server is between 50-70ms which is very good. You are only about 20ms to your backhaul. You should have no problem at all with 'lag' on Reign Online

Anything less than 100ms is fast enough and will feel lag-free.
