| instead of the regular base color there should be an option for 2+ color on one hair like rainbow or etc. |

This is a system that we are unable to implement. There are a fixed number of hair colors, as they all come in a complete palette. If we were to add new "multiple" color styles, it would mean abandoning all the colors that we currently have and beginning with a very small amount.
It would be, in essence, starting the hair colors over from square one.
This is not something that is necessary or useful.
