well, there are a few things to this.
for starts, it needs to be a 24 x 24 image.
2) it has to be in a .BMP format (256 colors)
3) put it in the X:/program files/reignonline/emblems folder.
4) in-game, open your guild's menu (alt+g), and select the icon.
5) re-log, and your guild emblem should now be shown.
