Sorry, I did a search and didnt find the answer...
For the donation gears, can I swap them between all my characters or are they bound by name to one character only?

Yes you can switch it through players ONLY on the account you donated on.
Donates can be traded in each week but they are not trade-able through other people. To transfer to another character, just unequip the donates and put it in your storage which can be used by typing @storage.
