I suggest you allow blacksmiths to smith katars, that would be very helpful!!! expecially to my guilX

It's not a server choice, you know. <__<
It's not a skill that blacksmiths/whitesmiths get.
Maybe Mechanics get it. I don't know.
But you can't really request a class to use a skill it doesn't/shouldn't naturally have.
Sheesh, next they'll want a Lord Knight to use Guillotine Fist on command.

While we're wishing for new skills. I say we should be allowed to use waterball outside of watery areas for an additional 10 sp cost per waterball (265 sp for level 5 outside of water)
This skill is so awesome, yet... so useless
