Lol I vote a bit. Pardon thy laziness for not doing it recently lol. Been busy with the move and all but here is the process of voting and its outcomes..
Voting=People=More People=Hackers=Corruption=Illegal Stuff= No More Server.
Thats the life chain of an RO server lol xD(NOT implying this one. Reign is teh shizz! ;D) ...and some WoW servers (OFF TOPIC OMG FAIL Dx)
But yeah just thought id throw that out there....oh yeah and this netbook sucks >< lol.(ONCE AGAIN OFF TOPIC)...
Somebody smack me? Please?... LOL

It is possible, but not recommended due to the extreme variability of cellular/3G phone networks. In addition, some phones will not support the process itself or the captcha on the voting site.
You can try, but we recommend sticking with a home computer or laptop.

SC cannot be traded, dropped, or given away. They are account bound.
GC, however, can be traded, dropped, or given away. They can be used to give a "gift" of donation credits to another player.
SCs can neither be used to obtain GCs nor can GCs be used to obtain SCs.
As for your comment about "useless" Reward Girl Items: They exist and are obtainable because of their appearances. They're novelty items with the sole purpose of giving yourself an interesting appearance. They're not meant for practical in-battle use (and we've stated that in the SC Voting thread).
So have fun making a zany looking character!

Voting brings more players in, that means more groups, more guilds for WoE, A much bigger economy having trouble finding that one item? Or think 13m for a hydra card is insane, more people means a more expansive market and more competition between buyers and sellers. Ever feel just F%^king lonely out in the massive world and not seeing anyone around untill you warp?
