but i don't think much players will go out into the open in a battle field, cause they'll probably still linger around pvp rooms. since its a common area

I would totally do a PK Reign. Of course, he's not talking about making the original Reign fully PK, but I know you've seen servers where they have the setup where you login and you can do a server select and it's like

Well, in this case, I guess it'd be PK and Original, or Alpha and PK, or whatnot in that nature...

i am not agree with this
cause PK can cause more Abused/KoS reports
well i think PvP room is enough for this server

@Zebruh why is that you want to turn this server in to PK server
i think that idea is not suitable for this server
cause if you change it into PK players wont go train and will make them decide to leave the serverl...
maybe your calling it as a challenge?
maybe for those people who has Donation Item. maybe its a challenge.
but how about for those people who just started playing reign for about 3days or a week?

And this is a big disadvantage for the server!!
Example... @thors (The one of main Training Ground Of NewBie)
who will train if they know they are going to be dead if someone PK them??
think about it....
Like what i said it can make them quit because of that stupid idea... Evil or Very Mad

For the following reasons, Reign Online will not become a PK server:

1. It is not, and was not, advertised as a PK server. Players who joined, joined expecting the server to be non-PK.

2. There is enough PvP drama. No need for it to spread into the fields and MvP rooms. At least right now, it is contained in the PvP rooms, or players can @sleep it off. I hear enough 'But it's PvP!' excuses. There is no way I will put up with additional 'But it's a PK server!' excuses. We can tell players to ignore PvP. We cannot tell them to not leave the towns. Sorry.

That said, there is no reason why a future Reign Online Network server won't be a PK server.

Just not this one. Time permitting, and if it is possible, perhaps I will script a 'Killing Hour' script that turns PK on a random hour of every day. At least this way, player who decide not to participate, can sit it out.

Players who play Ragnarok expect to PvP, and if they don't expect that, then they are very naive.
