Is your version of Windows an English version?

You can try an alternate Windows user profile.

The only other case I've seen of this issue with Japanese errors was fixed when I sent the person a DVD to install from. Do you have one of our DVD installers? If not, I'll send you one.

Before I do that, I'd like to know how I can confirm if my Windows XP
is an English version. And how I can use an alternate Windows user profile.
Sorry, I'd just like to know about those two first before considering your
DVD installer.

Well, I looked through your screenshots again. It appears as if you are running the English version of Windows.

To create a new user profile, go to Control Panel -> User Account to create a new account. Then press Windows key + L to login to the new windows account. The new windows account has default settings, which might work better for you.

Or do I have to install a new Full Client on the Alt. Account instead of
using the files from my Hard Drive?
Does it really make any difference?

See keita, trying to pin point the problem is taking forever. If you listened to me when I suggested it, windows would have been reinstalled already, and you would be happily playing reign Smile

Although it's more time consuming, just give it a go, I am sure you will be playing reign quicker then waiting on luzz's very busy schedule. Smile

If it doesn't work though, you have all rights to slap me. Although there should be no reason it shouldn't work o.O
