Reign is in its death throes. You can accept this and move on, continue doing what you are doing (which will do nothing other than act as a morphine button), or you can promote the server through RMS/similar websites and friends of both the personal and internet variety.
Options one and three are the only ones that make sense. Option two is the equivalent of "FAP FAP FAP".

more peps need to rms and give opinion. ive done it XD luzz says its the best way to go about it.
but you see o.o everyone has there own way to try to get people to join and for me its all about the community. if people try the server and see hey these peps are having fun or hey them peps seem nice. o hey woe has compotition. lets stay and invite some friends to enjoy such a great server with us 8D!!!!
