Because it is. This is not a high rate server. Spawning specific mvps will not happen as the GM's will not allow it, especially the mvps which drop cards everyone wants.

They are 'free' as their cards are not considered to be all that great.

Big whoop? As far as it seems, you're not looking to buy any Expensive cards, so why are you including you own thoughts about what is a "rare" and not rare? From what it looks like, you don't care about what the price of cards are. But god forbid you look for a card and complain it's overpriced.

Don't give me that seniority crap because you've been here longer than me, I don't care about that. And it's rather funny how you consider those Mvp cards to be "useless" because they're low on your standards, doesn't mean they are for others. But please do, consider yourself an old timer on the server for all I care. It means nothing, just like your opinion in this thread. And also, nothing is "rare" on a server. Get used to that one.

These cards are very helpful to me and are the basis of my build.

Means more then yours, your opinions are narrow minded and dont take into account of what effect it would/could have on this server. I care about what happens to this server. You care about getting you hands on cards not everyone has, and are not thinking about the consequences.

Could list countless things that are rare. Again, you ramble alot.
This mvp room would be a good idea, but introducing those specific mvp's would ruin the server. Its like using a bb every 15 mins with the option of picking the crazy mvp of your choice.
More weaker mvp's would be fun.

And once again, you're stupid for considering all I want is my cards now, without thinking about the future of the server. Where as, you're not. It doesn't seem like you care for prices on cards or items as they are now.
Now how about making it interesting and bumping those prices up to 5m+ for whichever Mvp you wish to hunt. And no, your opinions aren't greater than anyone elses because you are not an Admin. So there for, you can shut up already about your almighty wanna-be self. No one cares for it apparently, and no one ever said it was to be scripted 15 minutes before you can spawn another Mvp, it can be an half-hour to an hour for all I care.
We're stating our ideas on making the server better for EVERYONE, understand the caps or do you need BOLD aswell?

Of course i care for prices. I would love them cheap, but then everyone gets them cheap. Cards should remain a rarity amongst players. Make it more enjoyable when you attain it because you know you worked for it.

BB's, at least they are at random and cost you GC (for a decent amount of them anyway.)
