I voted no. Here's why:

Dale screwed up. He admits he did. It is not as though anyone else forced him to edit sprites by holding a gun to his head. He did it of his own volition, even though it is against the rules. Ignorance of a rule is not an excuse. This in and of itself is more than enough for me to say no; even if someone 'convinced' him to do it, he still acted on his own. If he's now mature enough to accept that he did something wrong, then he was mature enough to act of his own free will. This also means he's mature enough to deal with the consequences of his behavior.

Regarding the appeals to emotion and sense of fairness: He may be young, and he may be learning, but that means it is even more important for him to understand the concept of consequences, and that they do apply. Lifting the ban would, as has been stated previously, allow him to think (even subconsciously) that breaking rules is alright as any consequence will be short lived. He must serve his time as anyone else should, and then come back to hopefully be a productive member of the server.

When I was his age, no one counted to three and stopped. I was punished, and it was explained to me why. As a result of this, I have no room in my heart for forgiving someone who did wrong and then wants to escape punishment by claiming reform: we've seen it before, we'll see it again, and not just on a private RO server.

Dale: I am sure you are attempting to better yourself, and I hope you really do want to be a productive member of this server. However, I am firmly of the opinion that your ban is deserved and it should be ridden out until it is over. Whether you are let back or your ban sticks, I hope your behavior has changed/will change for the better. Good luck.

Rude to me and other players numerous times.

Clearly Immature and says rude\disrespectful things. Sad thing is alot of people know of this and defend him cause he is young. *B/S*

Maybe once he has grown up and has shown he can be respectable player he can come back on like a probation.

Sorry, but honestly glad he is gone =/ I was tired of his Rudeness.

He shouldnt had messed with his sprites and he should learn his lesson and be banned like everyone else who gets banned.

all could says start a new server, move on and stuffs.
But your friends are all in there, there's surely something you will value in reign. and obviously all game have dramas, conflicts and misunderstandings.
