I'd just like to say 2 things here.
1) strip is THE stalker skill at the moment, it's what makes them a different and albeit cheap, useful class option. Take that away and they're just higher level thieves.
2) Why should Strip be banned but GTB stay? That's kinda hypocritical, at least with strip it's only an effect that has many counters, and can wear off. If you can say that people should just leave things as is, then follow that advice.
So I vote no. It should stay.
That's just my two cents on this matter though.

If strip is removed, I move that we ban all equipment.
Strip is cheap, just like Guillotine Fist, or Berserk, or Acid Demonstration, or Enchant Deadly Poison.
Anyone seeing a pattern?

Ro will never be balanced completely.
Strip should not be in the category of overpowered skills. Neither should gfist nor acid demo. All of those skills suck.
Berserk and edp more so is like a big punch in the noggin'
