| Since the community seems to be divided on this, I suggest that there be an NPC that can permanently turn @main on or off for your account. |

We will implement the following in the near future:
- @main will default to off for the time being
- an account settings NPC will be available to set @main, @autoloot, and @alootid persistent across logins.
- attempt to change @main's color to anything other than white/yellow/orange/bue

Can we add /showname to that NPC Settings list?
I hate the way it starts out, with the chunky letters, and not being able to see parties.

Unfortunately, /showname (and all other / commands) are client side commands. We can't make /commands persistent if the client itself does not allow it.

I'm not familiar with all of those fancy "Client Commands."
What I do know is that I have to "/showname" each log-in.
