I think it was obvious that the +100 and GTBish hat and most other suggestions were jokes.
There is NO DOUBT, NONE WHATSOEVER, that this MUST be implemented.
I have no idea what you could do. +10 Stats is a most likely (this should probably be a 15credit hat), and I was about to say you can replicate the actual Poo Poo Hat, but I think that would copy or replace the White Valkyrie Helm (10% reduce from Demi-Humans).
Perhaps....Make it a mini-Ring of FLame Lord/Resonance/the combo between them? Seriously, nothing strikes me ATM.
