as far as buffs go, changing the healer for that would take adding a small line of script, I support this idea thought for up to level 50 for those interested in super novice. And i do know that changing the script to do so would take less then a minute for luzz to do. very simple script.

Quests would take alot of work, and there is alot thats just not what RO is about in my opinion, it wouldnt change much. I think the easier experience solution would be to have field manuals as vote items.
And @Reiji i Agree witht he event, perhaps a new Event GM is in order? Since all the current GM's are so busy. A new face might be nice.

I support the training grounds remaining how they are, Luzz likes to change RO as little as possible, editing monsters would change the novice grounds.
So..

instead of changing somethign current. We could always have a custom dungeon worked on, i played one server that had pallet town and had pokemon that were harder then bios. always a big interest to add instead of to change.

The levels wotn change, not now, not ever, it wont happen =l. And i think that the suggestion for that was actually more or less just a thought in comparison to the rest. Not an actual suggestion.
