Why would he be inside any buildings? He's on the Lighthalzen main town map. Some people have found him simply by using @go Lighthalzen and then teleporting around until they spotted him. =)

Inconvenience of fly wings leads to hunting a Creamy card. From there, you just use the teleport clip to get around. Two problems struck with one stone!
